Detailed Engineering Support Services:

Civil/Structural Engineering: Includes preparation of layout and plot plan, Civil, steel structural analysis, design and drawings, preparation of technical specifications, 3D modeling, structural steel shop drawings, bill of quantities and bar bending schedules.

Mechanical Engineering:: Includes preparation of layouts and General Arrangement (GA) drawings, equipment design and specifications/data sheets, fabrication and shop drawings, piping design, arrangement, spool generation, isometric drawings and bill of materials, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), vendor document approval, drafting and 3D modeling, and as-built documentation.

Electrical Engineering: Includes preparation of single line diagrams, layouts, electrical equipment specifications, bill of quantities, cable sizing, hazardous area classification, drafting and 3D modeling.

Instrumentation and Control Engineering: Includes preparation of I/O schedules, logic diagrams, layouts, instrument specification, instrument hookup diagrams, bill of quantities, drafting and 3D modeling.

Process Engineering: Includes Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Process and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), FEED engineering and preparation of manuals.

Procurement Services: Includes Preparation of Material Requisitions: For equipment, rotating machineries, mechanical packages, Piping items, civil and structural quantities, instruments and Control systems, Fire-fighting, Electrical equipment and all other bulk items.

Technical Evaluation of offers received from Vendors evaluate to ensure compliance with all technical requirements, seeking clarifications on Vendor offers, preparation of compliance sheets and holistic evaluation to ensure compliance to all technical and safety related requirements.
